This is the plastic lower water neck found on all 3.0t VR30DDTT Q50 and Q60 models. 

Located on the drivers (LH) side of the engine, this plastic inlet connects the lower radiator hose to the engine. Because of its repeated exposure to heat they are known to become brittle and crack during routine services.

Includes seal/gasket.
