New OEM Thermostat and Housing Assembly fits a variety of VR30DDTT (3.0t) equipped Nissan and Infiniti models.

The thermostat on your new 3.0t manages engine temperatures by controlling coolant flow via an electronically actuated valve. When these fail, it generally results in CEL illumination (P0128) and abnormally high or low engine temperatures. We also occasionally see failed thermostats leaking and seeping coolant from the top of the housing.
