We have a big problem with USPS or FedEx breaking or damaging this item during shipping, regardless of the packaging. We prefer not to ship this item using a regular ground service, regrettably if we do it must be at the customers own risk, as the FedEx claims process on our end is unreasonably difficult for this item. We do ship in the original Nissan box with reinforced packaging. We recommend express service on this item to ensure it is given special care.
