It fitted perfectly on the windshield washer reservoir. Only thing was , there's no where to clip the tail. I just cut it off.

I had been looking for this online on Ebay and Amazon with no luck. Buying from the Infiniti dealer costs $30. Found this website and the part was not that expensive. Received fairly quickly as well.
