Z1 Silicone Oil Filter Coolant Hose Kit for all '03-'06 350Z & G35 models equipped with the VQ35DE Engine.
The VQ35DE engine is equipped with a special sandwich adapter that cools the engine's vital oil as it is passed from the block to the oil filter. By allowing the cooler engine coolant to circulate around the oil passages, the engine's coolant can thereby extract any unnecessary (...and harmful) heat from the oil. This will not only result in cooler oil temperatures but will greatly extend the life of the engine. Over time the factory rubber hoses will crack and deteriorate forming coolant leaks. Not only will this allow air into the coolant system, but this will prevent the cooling system from functioning at its full capacity.
Our silicone hoses are made from high-quality multi-ply reinforced silicone and custom formed for perfect fitment. Unlike conventional stock rubber hoses that deteriorate over time, dry rot, and ultimately crack, silicone hoses will stay soft and never degrade. These are the last hoses you will ever need!
