I ordered these as a replacement for some cheap ones I purchased from Amazon that were total garbage. This set, however, is miles above the other set I initially ordered elsewhere.
I wasn't prepared to pay for true OEM (2017 Infiniti Q50) replacements, and since I got what I paid for with the cheapo set, I went for this happy medium-priced set.
They fit perfectly, their orientation when attaching to my hood is correct, and they sufficiently assist in opening my hood. They're great replacements, but not perfect. But I saved $80 buying this kit from Z1 and I would definitely buy them again if needed. A solid 4 stars out of 5.

Very strong struts. You can tell because you gotta put some muscle into getting the hood down lol. Also I like that they extend the hood up higher than oem.
