Z1's Touring-Ti Exhaust for the Nissan 370Z takes our standard touring exhaust to the next level, featuring full titanium construction. It follows all of the core principles of our touring exhaust, retaining exceptional tonal quality and volume with the additional benefit of extensive weight savings. By switching to lightweight titanium material, the Touring-Ti loses 20 lbs when compared to the steel version of this exhaust, and weighs in at only 22 lbs!
The Touring-Ti is constructed from mandrel-bent titanium piping, an industry first in the Z market. This is done to reduce the total number of welds in the system and decrease the likelihood of cracking, a phenomenon common with titanium exhausts. The single-piece mid-section features a single 10" titanium resonator, filled with lightweight fiberglass packing. At the rear of the car, you'll find the heart of the exhaust system: the dual 11" oval mufflers. Inside the muffler, you'll find the very same lightweight fiberglass packing as the resonator, held in place by a perforated titanium core. The use of lightweight fiberglass packing contributes to the overall weight savings without compromising exhaust sound or tonal quality.
