Z1's Touring Exhaust for the Infiniti G37 Sedan is one of the newest in our line of exhaust systems for Nissan and Infiniti sports cars. Keeping true to our core principles, our focus was to create an exhaust system that performed exceptionally without sacrificing exhaust volume or tonal quality. By utilizing a dual resonated mid-section and two large straight-through mufflers, we've produced an exhaust that offers value unrivaled by any other exhaust in the market. We find this system is best suited for enthusiasts that want an exhaust with great power potential, but wish to maintain an "adult" appearance and sound.
The Construction
Crafted from 304 stainless steel and tig-welded to perfection, this exhaust was designed and engineered to put sound and build quality first. Included standard with this exhaust is our Premium Y-Pipe, featuring our unique cast stainless steel merge collector. The design of the merge collector reduces disruption in exhaust flow, providing exhaust gasses with a smooth transition, increasing exhaust gas flow, and improving exhaust scavenging. This maximizes exhaust performance for more power! The standard y-pipe option fits both AWD G37X and RWD G37 models! Z1's modular y-pipe is available as an upgrade in the options and features the same cast merge collector as the standard option!
Behind the y-pipe, a cast stainless steel exhaust splitter is welded to 2.5'' stainless steel piping, feeding two 12'' resonators. The resonators reduce unwanted rasp and drone to help the system produce a clean exhaust note. From there, piping leads directly to the heart of the exhaust system: the dual 11'' mufflers. These high-flow mufflers feature an inner layer of stainless-steel packing and an outer layer of fiberglass held in place by a perforated stainless-steel core. Rather than using baffle plates and resonance chambers which negatively affect power, our mufflers use a full-length perforated tube, allowing exhaust gasses to flow through the muffler un-obstructed. As gasses pass through the muffler, the exhaust sound is dampened through the dual-layer packing, reducing exhaust volume while maintaining an appropriate exhaust tone. Each muffler has a brushed finish and includes a finely crafted 4.5'' stainless steel exhaust tip, with your choice of finish!

Z1's touring exhaust is engineered to perform, offering impressive gains when purchased as a complete cat-back exhaust. The dyno results shown below were captured on a 2009 G37 Sedan that was completely stock prior to the installation of a Z1 Touring Exhaust. This car gained 28whp and 13wtq after installing the exhaust, an impressive number for an otherwise stock car!
