Nissan Maxima Head Gasket for the 2009-2014 and 2007-2012 Altima models equipped with the 3.5L VQ35DE. The head gaskets are prone to failing when the engine overheats. If you are replacing one head gasket it is highly recommended to replace the other gasket at the same time.
Frontward gaskets is the gasket closest to the Radiator, while the rearward gasket is closest to the firewall.

Note: These gaskets are for the Maxima models that are prior to the EC490343 VIN. If your VIN contains EC490343, or any number afterward, then you will need the 2015 Head Gasket.
