OEM Valve Lifter fits VQ35DE, VQ35HR VQ37VHR, VR38DETT.

The valve lifter is located in the cylinder head and is seated over the top of the valve spring. These are responsible for maintaining valve lash during engine operation and overtime can wear, creating what is often described as "lifter tick." This is more common on earlier VQ35DE motors, however all engines are susceptible as they wear. Lifter failure can in some cases potentially damage other cylinder head components, so service is recommended soon after this 'tick' becomes audible.

NOTE: It is important to verify necessary lifter thickness prior to ordering. Failure to do so can result in catastrophic failure of cylinder head components. If you are unsure how these tolerances are measured, consult your local Nissan certified service center, or local performance shop.

*These lifters may not fit VQ37VHR models produced after 06/14 (2015+ model year). If lifters for models produced after this production date are required, please contact us for information.
