The bracket securely locates the pump in the correct position and maintains proper pickup height, ensuring consistent fuel delivery even under high-demand conditions.

Installation note: Due to the high current draw of Walbro fuel pump, it is necessary to upgrade the fuel pump wiring using a relay harness to ensure the pump receives sufficient power at all times. Z1 recommends using the DeatschWerks Fuel Pump Hardwire Kit when installing a Walbro 525 pump.
