OEM Q50 / Q60 VR30DDTT Primary Hood Latch.

The primary hood latch is one of two latches used to hold the hood down on your vehicle. This latch is located on the right and left sides of the hood, just below the air guide. When the hood is lowered the striker located on the hood is caught in the latch, and not released until the hood release is pulled. This latch is also prone to front end and side collisions.
