Used OEM Nissan Front Crankshaft Timing Sprocket Washer for all '90+ Nissan 300zx models.
Located just in front of the Timing Sprocket, sandwiched between the sprocket and the crank pulley, the Front Crankshaft Timing Sprocket Washer acts as a timing belt guide. A seemingly meaningless washer, the front timing sprocket washer is one of two washers that prevents the timing belt from shifting on the timing sprocket, possible causing catastrophic engine damage.
This washer can be easily damaged if care is not taken during the removal of the Crankshaft Pulley.
