Product Description
The Takeda Retain Intake is a short ram air intake system. In recent testing this intake produced 19 hp and 16 lbs. x ft. of torque. Takeda intakes are constructed out of lightweight black clear coat anodized tubing for maximum air flow and a great style. Each intake uses a large 360 degree high flow Pro DRY S air filter for maximum flow, filtration and convenience. The Pro DRY S air filter requires no oils and cleans with simple soap and water. Takeda intakes come complete with all tubing, filters, couplings and hardware for an easy installation.

First I wanna say I got my intake literally the day after I ordered it, crazy fast shipping! The intake itself is amazing, easy to install and instantly felt a change in the throttle response and in power in general. Not to mention this thing makes your Z sound amazing!

Intakes alone don't do much for Z's or G's. If you get one make sure you at least install a plenum spacer as well. I liked the look of this intake and the only other options I was considering was admin tuning's 3.5" or limp mode tuning's 4" intake but both of those require tuning to get your car running properly. I also installed Z1's 75mm throttle body. Every bit counts. I like that this filter is washable as well. Decent for what you pay. Recommended
