Bought my 2008 g37s coupe with cheap after market trunk struts that both snapped clean off when I opened my trunk one day, was very close to hitting athe rear glass and cracking it. These are expensive but reasonable for an oem option, work great and don’t feel like the garbage struts that were on the car before. 30 second simple install/fix.
