The Z1 Platinum Twin Turbo one-piece driveshaft was designed combining stock driveshaft technology with a single piece driveshaft design.  These driveshafts were designed for a perfectly smooth ride with zero vibration. The Platinum Driveshaft also has a beneficial weight loss versus the 30lb+ stock driveshaft. The Z1 5spd shafts weigh 22lbs and the Z1 auto shafts weigh 20lbs. The shafts are constructed of .065" wall tempered steel and are clear coated to protect against rust and road grime.  The tubing used in these driveshafts was specifically designed by Spicer for use in driveshaft assemblies.  Quality Spicer yokes, U-joints, and hardware are also used.  We attempt to maintain a large inventory of steel driveshafts ready for quick shipment.

For more weight savings we also offer our driveshafts constructed from aluminum tubing at an additional cost.   Z1 Aluminum TT Driveshafts are not produced with the CV joint on the rear end of the shaft, but rather a high quality U-joint and aluminum flange.

There is a refundable core charge for the stock TT driveshaft, unless core is returned first.  (We only need the ends of the shaft.  We do not require the entire shaft to be returned for core credit)  Please make sure both the front yoke and the rear CV joint are cut back at least two inches past the weld on the tube like in this link :  EXAMPLE PICTURE

Hi I have a Nissan 300ZX TT automatic 93 years. I have a question you send the drive shaft to the United Kingdom. This drive shaft deprive my car vibrations

Response: Yes we can ship to the UK, but the solid rear coupler drivshaft may be a better option so you can avoid the core charge. It can be found here: (Link)
