The Z1 Parking Brake Anchor Bolt replaces the discontinued OEM anchor bolt found on the 1990 non-turbo 300ZX. 

The anchor bolt mounts to the knuckle behind the rear brake rotor and acts as a pivot and anchoring point for the internal parking brake assembly. While it was originally produced for the 1990 300ZX, it is more commonly used when completing a 5-lug swap on the S13 and S14 240SX with 300ZX rear brakes and a functioning e-brake is desired. Because this part was produced for only one model year, it has long since been discontinued and the supply of good used parts has dried up. When reproducing this discontinued part, our goal was not only to match the original design but to produce a replacement that is superior to it.

Because durability at this point is important, the Z1 Parking Brake Anchor Bolt is CNC machined from 304 stainless steel. To ensure the highest tolerances are maintained, each part is machined from two separate pieces. The base is threaded onto the shaft of the bolt to set the height, then tig welded for greater durability. This allows us to maintain strict tolerances and ensures each piece can stand up to the rigors of daily use in all conditions, including drifting.
