OEM 350Z / G35 / FX35 Oil Cooler Assembly for VQ35DE equipped models.

This plate is mounted directly behind the oil filter and circulates oil and coolant through a series of separate coolers inside of the assembly to help maintain low oil temperatures. When these assemblies fail, oil and coolant can mix which causes accelerated wear on internal engine components, and can result in catastrophic failure.
