Cores must include inner tie rods, all in re-build-able condition. Dents in the cylinder and bent, broken, or missing components will result in a deduction from the full refund of the core charge. All cores are required to include the external metal hard lines that are attached to the rack in good condition. If these metal hard lines are missing or damaged you will not receive full core credit.
