Are these struts powerful enough for the coupe trunk with the factory spoiler? Infiniti lists two different struts for the coupe, one w/ and one w/o the spoiler.

If you’re tired of having the hood prop rod in the way or simply wanting to give a modern aesthetic to the car, this is definitely the way to go. Installation was straight forward, but make sure to adequately align the new brackets.

As another reviewer noted, definitely exercise the strut at least a couple times before you attempt to install it. Once you've done so you'll understand the amount of pressure and the rebound timing so your install will go smoothly. Yet another quality Z1 product successfully installed.

Works great, it just took some time trying to install it. Make sure you compress the actual struts a couple of times before attempting to install.

Super easy to install and once installed twist loose for adjustment to avoid having to take off the pivot points over and over again. Highly recommended if you are in the market.
