Z1 Motorsports is growing and we're looking for the perfect match for the following roles:


Order Communications Specialist

Job roles cover timely communication of order information to customers, processing of vendor invoices, tracking information and clerical organization of orders. Proactive approach to communication is a must. A self-motivated individual with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to focus on the tasks at hand is what we need. Monday through Friday 9-6pm with some potential for weekend overtime dependent on need and employee capability.


Z1 Operations Specialist

Job roles cover used parts fulfillment, site maintenance, local supply pick-ups & deliveries, painting, freight carpentry and other assorted site support duties.  The ability to complete assigned tasks lists in a timely and efficient manner is key to success in this role.  Must possess a valid drivers license with clean MVR.  Z32 specific parts knowledge is a plus.  Monday through Friday 9-6pm with some potential for weekend overtime dependent on need and employee capability.  Operations specialist report to the Director of Operations. 


Phone & Web Sales Associate 

Duties include phone sales, answering product questions, customer emails, social community involvement, on demand customer service when needed.  Applicants should be knowledgeable regarding our core vehicles with a willingness to learn.  Have familiarity and the ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook systems.  A self-motivated individual with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to focus on the tasks at hand is what we need.  Sales Associates report to the Sales manager.

 

Customer Service Associate 

Customer care is a top priority at Z1 whether it's assisting a customer with the correct part, performing order verifications, coordinating shipping, setting up return authorizations, filing shipping traces or claims.  Customer service rolls also fill in the gap for phone sales and tech support when call volume exceeds the current staff.  These roles are critical and CS staff can find themselves stationed at their computer for call and email support or actively processing a needed fulfillment in our warehouse.  Ideal applicants should exhibit a patient, calm, compassionate demeanor with an upbeat attitude to accomplish each task.  Automotive expertise is not required but the ability to identify specific automotive components by appearance and part # is a plus.

 

Ecommerce Specialist 

Associates work onsite 9-6 pm editing and adding content to Z1motorsports.com.  Tasks include building listings from basic to complex format for new and used parts.  Site integration to warehouse products.  Applicants should be self-motivated, possess well rounded vehicle knowledge and adequate aftermarket and OEM parts experience.  Have familiarity and the ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook systems, basic Photoshop experience and some HTML knowledge is a plus.
