Upgrade the upper clutch line or replace your damaged hard line using Z1's new single-piece upper clutch line.
The Z1 Single-Piece Clutch Line replaces the factory 2-piece steel clutch line that runs from the clutch master cylinder to the driver's side frame rail on all manual transmission 350Z and G35 models. This deletes the stock clutch damper installed between the two upper clutch lines which improves clutch pedal response and provides a more direct pedal feel. This line works well on all vehicles, but also is a cost-effective way to complete an auto-to-manual swap, as it costs much less than the factory lines. Two different-length banjo bolts are included for use with OEM or aftermarket master cylinders.
The construction of the clutch line is identical to our brake lines. The braided stainless steel lines provide structure and protection to the inner, Teflon-coated lines while the abrasion-resistant PVC coating on the outside prevents the lines from getting frayed or worn as a result of rubbing. All fittings and hardware feature zinc-plating for maximum corrosion protection.
