The included bracket positions the pump correctly in the factory basket, maintaining the proper pickup height and fuel level readings—no guesswork or fabrication required.

Installation note: Due to the high current draw of the Walbro fuel pump, it is necessary to upgrade the fuel pump wiring using a relay harness to ensure the pump receives sufficient power at all times. Z1 recommends using the DeatschWerks Fuel Pump Hardwire Kit when installing a Walbro 525 pump. This can be purchased in the product options.
