Turbo oil drain lines with flanges made specifically for Z32s fitted with Garrett GT BB turbo upgrades.
Until now, fitting oil drain lines on common Garrett ball bearing turbo upgrades has been problematic. The tighter bolt hole spacing for the return line flanges on the bottom of the GT BB CHRAs meant slotting the holes in the flanges on existing stock lines, while the large upgraded compressor housings meant using a spacer between the metal hard line and the CHRA or either just smashing the metal hard line flat for clearance. Using a spacer on the oil drain line flange means using an extra gasket which results in more opportunities for leaks. The stock metal oil drain lines have relatively thin flanges which warp and are prone to leaks around the thin paper gasket. Also after properly clocking GT BB turbo upgrades to fit with different combinations of turbos and exhaust manifolds, the ends of the metal oil drain lines often do not line up properly with the nipples coming out of the oil pan.
This oil return line kit is Z1 Motorsports solution to the leaks and common problems. The flanges that bolt to the turbos are produced with the proper bolt hole spacing for Garrett BB CHRAs. The thick zinc plated steel flanges are fitted with an O-ring groove and high quality O-rings to provide a leak free seal against the bottom of the turbo. The hoses are custom formed to fit around larger upgraded compressor housings while flexible enough to allow for different combinations of turbos and manifolds while still connecting properly at their destination - the metal nipples on the oil pan.

We strongly recommend lubricating the inside ends of the hoses for painless installation.
