Originally equipped with a 35 watt H3 bulb, the stock Nissan 300ZX fog lights are less than adequate on light output when switched on. To further complicate issues, locating a 35 watt bulb can be a chore unless you purchase a OEM Nissan bulb. For years the only option available was to hack upl and modify your existing fog lights in order to retro fit them to accept the 55 watt H3 bulbs commonly found at any auto parts store.
Not only are the 55 watt bulbs cheaper and more readily available nation wide, but these bulbs come in a variety of styles and prices. The Z1 Motorsports Fog Lamp Bulb Conversion Plug is a true plug-and-go conversion. Simply unplug your existing H3 35 watt bulb, install the conversion plug, and connect the NEW H3 55 watt bulb.
The stock Z32 electrical system can support the 55 watt bulbs without any modifications required.
Connectors are sold in pairs. New H3 55 watt bulbs are NOT INCLUDED.
