After years of exposure to the brutal under hood temps in the engine bay these connectors become brittle and problematic.
If you have ever removed a coil pack connector you know the feeling of pressing the locking tab and having pieces of it snap off in your hand, leaving no tension to keep the connector from coming loose. This issue commonly causes misfire due to the coil pack connector coming off of the coil pack itself creating a dead cylinder.
Forget about replacing the entire EFI Harness. Forget about cutting and soldering. These Coil Pack Connectors are intended for you to re-pin with the existing harness. Just remove the retaining clip on the back of your old connector and de-pin the broken connectors. Then place the pins in the appropriate location in the new coil pack connector. Attach the retaining clip and plug in to your coil pack. At nearly half the price of the connectors with wires in them, these are the best value on the market.

Super happy these were available. My original ones were broken and cracked. I wish the install was easier, but my originals were so jacked up, there were little shards of plastic hidden that I couldn't see causing me issues when clipping in. The product itself was perfect.

Can't beat fresh and new. Seems to be exact replica, Original OE dried out, cracked etc.Not sure of good connection , vibration etc. Difficult to "de-pin" old conectors/wire from old plastic, seems welded in....have to carefully break old apart, duplicate wire placement and anyone w/ a little skill and patience can do this, Good parts here pack w/ a little dielectric grease, spray the other side w/ electrical cleaner-Wear eye protection! and you can check that connection off the list and be sure it is good. This is great if your metal parts of your connectors are good and just the plastic has become brittle. I just broke up the rest of my old ones with some pliers carefully and slid them into these. Works great!

Prior to changing these, the connectors were very loose and I was worried it it jump off on bumps and what not. Didn't take very long to change these, fairly easy and worth it. Very strong connection and feels like new.

This product works great with the age and heat under the hood these pieces often break. To ensure that the coil packs do not have a bad connection it is wise to replace the connector with these. Easy to install.
