The replacement clevis anchor and clutch fork return spring is one of many components included in your Z1 CSC Elimination Kit, now available for purchase as a track-day spare or single component replacement. This anchor connects the slave cylinder to the transmission fork. This anchor is prone to damaging or breaking upon service or removal and needs to be replaced. 

The spring originally included in your CSC Elimination kit is made to tighter dimensional and load tolerances than typical springs, however overtime they will fatigue as they're repeatedly stretched and heat cycled. This often results in a loss of spring tension, or in some cases a simple broken spring.
